At Artificial Impact, we believe AI is no longer an experiment: it is a critical industrial infrastructure.
We bridge the gap between high-level business strategy, rigorous engineering, and complex regulatory compliance (EU AI Act). We don’t just deliver slides; we ensure your transition to AI is secure, scalable, and ROI-driven.
We serve Industrial groups, Asset Managers (Real Estate & Private Equity), and international tech companies needing a trusted footprint in Europe
Meet the Founder: Alexandre du Sordet
I am a Fractional Chief AI Officer and entrepreneur operating at the intersection of technology, law, and business strategy.
My approach is shaped by over 8 years of experience in demanding environments:
Multidisciplinary fluency: with backgrounds in both Engineering and Business Schools, I “speak” the languages of your stakeholders: data scientists, lawyers, CFOs, and operational teams.
Industrial rigor: As a former Strategist and PMO for Forvia’s (Faurecia) Data Program, I learned how to deploy data initiatives at a global industrial scale across factories.
Entrepreneurial agility: As co-founder of a responsible AI startup for 6 years, I managed Product, Finance, and Legal simultaneously. I don’t just advise on risks; I have lived them.
I don’t just advise; I build and invest.
Beyond advisory, I apply my own methods to manage my private assets in Real Estate development and Forestry. These act as my personal R&D labs for testing financial modeling AI and satellite monitoring tools before deploying them for clients.
Furthermore, strategy requires execution. As a strategic partner of the AI engineering agency Peachstone.ai and board member of the NGO Motherland (deploying robust AI in Africa), I ensure that the strategies we define are technically viable, even in the most constrained environments.
Artificial Impact is the synthesis of this experience: pragmatism, industrial scale, and ethical foresight.
