Who we are
We are a boutique firm, not a two-person operation. We built our network so we can scale to the size of the challenge without carrying the weight of a large organization.

Founders
Dual degrees in engineering and business. Alexandre first co-founded an AI startup, then joined Forvia (formerly Faurecia) where he led cross-functional transformation projects at scale. Since then, he has worked with multiple startups and companies as a freelance consultant in AI strategy and project management.
Deep experience in business operations and organizational transformation. Mai Khanh connects strategic vision with day-to-day execution, helping companies navigate complex change from process restructuring to AI adoption.
